主題一：長庚分醫中心質譜團隊與AI的邂逅
Topic 1: The Encounter Between Chang Gung Molecular Medicine Center's Mass Spectrometry Team and AI

由長庚大學分醫中心質譜團隊結合質譜技術與人工智慧的經驗分享，在場域應用發現問題、定位問題，進一步思考並設計解決方案。將帶領聽眾回顧團隊過去在AI與質譜領域的研究經驗，展示質譜與AI結合能帶來的創新應用可行性。

Experience sharing from Chang Gung University's Molecular Medicine Center Mass Spectrometry Team on combining mass spectrometry technology with artificial intelligence. The team will share how they identify problems in field applications, define challenges, and further develop and design solutions. Participants will be guided through the team's past research experiences in AI and mass spectrometry, demonstrating the feasibility of innovative applications that result from combining mass spectrometry with AI.

     

主題二：生成式AI在質譜數據處理的助力（AI教室上機實作）
The Power of Generative AI in Mass Spectrometry Data Processing (AI Classroom Hands-on Session)

聚焦於利用線上生成式AI工具如ChatGPT，輔助完成質譜數據的資料分析。結合AI、Excel VBA與視覺化繪圖技術，帶領大家以生成式AI在無程式撰寫基礎下建立Excel VBA資料處理的自動化工具，並透過免費的Colab平台創視覺化圖表。展現生成式AI如何提升數據分析的效率與品質，幫助研究者創建具備文獻發表水準的分析圖表。
Focusing on utilizing online generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist in mass spectrometry data analysis. This session combines AI, Excel VBA, and visualization techniques to guide participants in creating automated data processing tools in Excel VBA without programming experience, and generating visualization charts through the free Colab platform.
