2023年AOMSC將於8/20~8/23於韓國濟州島舉辦，台灣質譜學會為鼓勵會員參與2023年AOMSC( https://www.aomsc-ksms2023.org/)，台灣質譜學會將針對參與此會議並發表研究成果之會員提供補助經費，申請人請於7月23日前寄送申請資料電子檔案至學會（E-mail：tsms@gate.sinica.edu.tw )，相關內容如下：

一、申請人資格及限制：申請對象需為本會之會員(需加入會員)補助對象為學生, 博士後和助理，且同一篇論文之發表以補助一人且以報告者為主。每間實驗室最多補助兩名(請各個實驗室主持人幫忙協調)。

二、申請資料(以電子檔案寄送):

三、補助金額/名額：新臺幣5000元整／人 , 總共20個名額。

四、審查時程：申請資料繳交期限為7月23日，收件後立即開始審查，寄信通知結果最慢通知為8月1日。

五、獲核定補助者，應於回國後二星期內繳交出席會議之(a)來回登機證影本、(b)註冊證明或大會名牌(二擇一)、(c)郵局存簿影本及填妥領款收據（學會將寄領款單至補助者電子信箱)，紙本寄至本會通訊地址(台北市南港區研究院路二段128號基因體研究中心2L08室 李文婷小姐收）進行核銷作業。

The 2023 AOMSC will be held on Jeju Island, South Korea from August 20th to 23rd. To encourage our members to participate in the 2023 AOMSC (https://www.aomsc-ksms2023.org/), the Taiwan Society for Mass Spectrometry (TSMS) will provide financial support for members who attend the conference and present research results at the confeerence. Applicants should submit their application materials in electronic format to the TSMS (E-mail: tsms@gate.sinica.edu.tw) before July 23. The relevant details are as follows:

1.     Qualifications and restrictions for applicants: Applicants must be members of our society (membership required) and the subsidy targets are students, postdoctoral fellows, and assistants.　For the same paper, only one person can be granted a subsidy, and the presenter should be the primary recipient. Each laboratory can receive up to two subsidies (please coordinate with the laboratory’s principal investigator)

2.     Application documents (to be sent in electronic format):

(a)   Abstract of the paper to be presented (Please note the applicant’s name in Chinese, School/Unit, Lab name, and contact phone number in the upper right corner of the abstract.)

(b)  Proof of acceptance of the poster by the conference organizers.

3.     Subsidy amount/ number of recipients: NT$5,000 per person, with a total of 20 recipients. 

4.     Review schedule: The review process will begin immediately after receipt of the application documents, and the latest notification of results will be sent out by Aug 1.

5.     Approved subsidy recipients should submit the following documents for reimbursement within two weeks of returning to Taiwan:

(a)   round–trip boarding pass copy, (b) registration certificate or conference name tag (either one), (c) copy of the post office/bank passbook and completed receipt for collection (the TSMS will send the receipt to the recipient’s email address).  The paper documents should be mailed to the TSMS office (Ms. Wen-Ting Li, Genomics Research Center, No.128, Sec. 2, Academia Rd, Nangang District, Taipei) for verification.
